Kalglo Manufacturing, Inc. (“Kalglo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to delivering quality products and service. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains our procedures regarding shipping, returns, repairs, and warranty replacements.
RETURNS POLICY
At Kalglo, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy and instructions:
Return Authorization
- All returns must have a valid Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by Kalglo, Inc.
- RGA Number MUST be written on the label (not on the box).
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving an RGA number. After 30 days, the RGA will expire and no credit will be issued.
Condition of Returns
- Items must be returned in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
- Merchandise must include all original packaging materials and accessories.
- Merchandise must not have been installed, used, or altered in any way.
- Refunds for returned products cannot exceed the original purchase price.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Requirements
- Returns must be shipped via a trackable method (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post, etc.).
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Kalglo, Inc. is not responsible for any damages that occur during return shipping. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance sufficient to cover the purchase price of the item(s).
- Please do not write on the box. The RGA number must be written on the shipping label only.

Processing and Refunds
- Proof of delivery (tracking number) must be provided to Kalglo, Inc. before credit can be issued.
- Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Customers will receive email confirmation once the refund is complete.

RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS
To return a part for a no-charge replacement under warranty, provide:
- Model and serial number of the unit.
- Part number and description.
- Detailed reason for return.
- Warranty replacements are only covered if your registration card is submitted and on file within 30 days of receiving your order.
REPAIR SERVICE POLICY
- You may ship your unit to Kalglo for factory servicing, but you please reach out for approval before sending the unit.
- Enclose a note or email kalglo@kalglo.com describing the issue with all returns.
REPAIR TURNAROUND
- Most in-house repairs are completed within five business days.
- A report is included detailing the probable cause of failure.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Out of Warranty:
- Minimum labor and handling fees apply.
- Charges for parts are additional.
- Prepayment is required prior to repairs and shipping.
Within Warranty:
- Free of charge for labor and parts if conditions are met and proper documentation is provided.
- Units with extensive damage or wiring issues may incur extra charges.
- Advance repair estimates are available upon request.
